Huaming and CEE-Group (China Electrical Equipment) Supplied Chain Technology Company signed the 'Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement' on Feb. 20, 2023, in which CEE and Huaming joined hands to become important strategic partners for tap-changers.
HM and CEC will take tap-changers as a link to deepen the cornerstone of their strategic cooperation, uphold the 'mutual trust, continuous and stable' keynote of cooperation that both sides have long agreed on, and jointly strengthen the decision-making mechanism of collecting and sub-signing, and provide products and services to the production enterprises under the CEE-Group on this basis.
It is reported that during the agreement period, the number of on-load tap-changers purchased by the subsidiaries of CEE-Group (including China Western Electric Group, Xuji Group, Pinggao Group and Shandong Electric Group) in 2023 will be no less than the number of units purchased in 2022 under normal circumstances.
After the signing ceremony, leaders of CEE Supply Chain Technology Company visited the vertical industry chain production base of Huaming located in Fengxian District, Shanghai.
In the future, the two parties will establish a multi-dimensional win-win relationship involving technology-driven, supply chain construction, mutual market and other aspects to further promote the Supply Chain Technology Company and Huaming to achieve all-round, multi-level and three-dimensional cooperation.
