Recently, the two-day national key research and development plan, the monthly report meeting on the 'on-load tap-changer technology and equipment for converter transformers' list project 'revealing the list and taking command' was successfully completed in Shanghai Huaming Power Equipment Co., Ltd. The Shanghai Huaming R&D team reported the project progress and prototype development progress of 'Optimized design and engineering prototype of mechanical on-load tap-changer current-carrying system' to the project leader China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. and industry experts attending the meeting. The research team participating in the meeting visited the production base of Shanghai Huaming's whole industrial chain to learn the manufacturing process of tap changers.
It is reported that the system of 'revealing the list and taking command' is the key point of 'energy storage and smart grid technology' for the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the '14th Five-Year Plan' and effectively strengthen the connection between the innovation chain and the industrial chain. The special project focuses on the urgent needs of the national strategy, the clear application orientation, and the major research needs of the end users, and the 2021 annual list is condensed and formed.
As the person in charge of the special project, Shanghai Huaming led Xi'an Jiaotong University, Tsinghua University, Chongqing University and many other top universities in China to focus on the key technical issues of high reliability design and process optimization of on-load tap-changer electrical switching systems, aiming at Break through the problem of parameter design and structural control involving the performance degradation of the current-carrying system, complete the development of key components and engineering prototypes of high-reliability mechanical on-load tap-changers, and achieve the expected goals of the project.
